Gastric volvulus in a dog. There is extreme dilation of the stomach as well as dislocation of the spleen to the right (arrow). Additionally, the stomach is compressing the liver (F), which is dislocated to the left. The image on the right corresponds to a craniocaudal view of the thoracic and abdominal organs.
