Congenital extra-hepatic shunt

Congenital extra-hepatic portocaval shunt in a male, 4-month-old Domestic European cat. In this case, multiple convergent vessels can be seen, originating in the pancreatic, renal and intestinal vasculature and draining directly into the vena cava (confirmed through catheterization of one of the larger vessels).
