At the Food Safety Laboratory of FMV-ULisboa are carried out food and water analyzes, namely microbiological and physicochemical analysis of raw materials, fresh and processed foods, ready-to-eat foods and drinking water. Also analyses for Nutritional Labelling of Foods are carried out according to the Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. Other services provided by this Laboratory include the elaboration of technical expert reports, by the request of public and private institutions.
